A merger of three glass processing businesses has created a national glass group, resulting in increased consumer choice within the sector.
Moen Glass is the market leader in double glazed windows in Melbourne; Bevelite Glass is the market leader in premium quality heavy weight toughened glass in Sydney and CLGlass is highly profitable with a strong market position in the SE QLD market.
All three businesses have complementary expertise and product lines that can be leveraged across the Group. Collectively the merger means group members will continue to be innovative, creating relevant products and grow in response to greater regulatory demands and consumer requirement for high value, energy efficient products.
A new company logo has been developed – made up of 23 sheets of glass the graphic forms a map of Australia.
